Studio B is owned and operated by Christopher Brooks, who provides an international audio specialist service based in Melbourne, Australia. Christopher spent many hours in 'Studio B' at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music, becoming his home away from home where he honed his skills in a world-class studio. His skills and passion in the studio lead to Brisbane-based bands and producers asking for help to improve their own recordings & productions and his reputation spread. Christopher realised he loved mixing others' work and in the process helping bring a client's vision to life. He started working as a freelance sound engineer and mixer and before long he gained international clients, including high-profile advertising campaigns, as well as short films and documentaries doing the film festival circuit. The idea for his own Studio B organically grew from this work and was officially established in 2015 as a way to offer a suite of mixing and sound production services to a growing list of diverse clients. Studio B is committed to providing high-quality, timely and competitively-priced services to clients in a range of industries, including TV & online advertising, film & TV, music production and live sound production.
